Incisional Double Eyelid Surgery
“ Low chance of loosening, yet naturally beautiful double eyelids. ”
- Customized Double Eyelids Perfected Through Precise Incision
-
Incisional double eyelid surgery creates a new double eyelid line by making an incision in the eyelid skin.
By directly examining the skin, fat, and muscle during surgery, precise adjustments are possible, improving both the shape and function of the eye.

- 1Precise Correction and Diagnosis
- By directly observing the internal structures of the eyelid — skin, muscle, and fat — the exact condition can be assessed, allowing for finer adjustments than non-incisional methods.
- 2Long-lasting Line
-
Because adhesion forms at the incision site, the double eyelid line does not loosen easily over time.
- 3Simultaneous Improvement of Function and Aesthetics
-
If the eye-opening strength is weak, Ptosis Correction can be performed simultaneously. Excess or insufficient upper eyelid fat can also be adjusted through removal or grafting. This improves not just aesthetics, but also the function of the eye.
- 4Natural and Harmonious Results
-
By minimizing the incision range to reduce scarring and drawing on extensive clinical experience, we create a soft, natural double eyelid that does not look artificial.

Finding the Right Double Eyelid for You
Double eyelid lines can be classified into 4 types based on their starting point.
- 1. In-line Double Eyelid
- The most common type among Asians with epicanthal folds — the line starts from the inner corner of the eye. Creates a natural and cute impression.
- 2. In-out-line Double Eyelid
- A middle form between in-line and out-line, where the starting point begins right at the epicanthal fold. A versatile and natural-looking line.
- 3. Out-line Double Eyelid
- A line that starts outside the epicanthal fold, creating a refined and glamorous look.
- 4. Semi-out-line Double Eyelid
- A middle form between in-out-line and out-line, starting just slightly outside the epicanthal fold. It is a highly preferred style recently because it looks neither too natural nor too dramatic.
