What is Transconjunctival Fat Repositioning?
When the area under the eyes protrudes, dark circles deepen and the face appears tired and aged. By repositioning the protruding under-eye fat into the sunken tear trough, the under-eye area is flattened and dark circles are improved simultaneously. By eliminating the tear trough boundary, you achieve a brighter, more vibrant, and youthful impression.

Surgical Method

1. Before Surgery
Under-eye fat is protruding and the tear trough is sunken
2. Conjunctival Incision
Since the inner conjunctiva is incised, no scarring occurs on the outer skin.
3. Tear Trough Adhesion Release
The ligament adhesion in the sunken tear trough area is released to create a smooth space for repositioning.
4. Fat Repositioning
The protruding fat is moved into the sunken tear trough area and evenly repositioned.
5. Septum Reinforcement
After fat repositioning, the septum is reinforced to prevent recurrence.
6. After Surgery
The under-eye area is neatly corrected as the fat is repositioned.
